Most event entertainment asks your guests to sit and watch. Trivia asks them to lean in, argue about the answer, and find out that the quiet person from accounting knows an alarming amount about 1970s cinema. That is the whole point: it gives people a reason to talk to each other, and a reason to remember the night.
A private Team Trivia event is the same game we have been running in pubs since 1987, brought to your room and shaped around your group. A professional host handles the questions, the scoring, the sound and the pacing. Your guests play in teams. You get to be a guest at your own event instead of running it.
It works for a corporate offsite, a holiday party, a fundraiser, a rehearsal dinner or a company that just wants a Thursday that is not a meeting.

General Trivia
The house game. Mixed categories, team play, and rounds built to keep everyone in it rather than rewarding the one person who reads encyclopaedias.
Themed Trivia
Built around a subject — a decade, a franchise, a genre, an occasion. Good when your group already shares an obsession, or when the event has a theme to match.
Soundcheck Music Bingo
Songs instead of numbers. Guests mark off tracks as they play. Louder, faster and easier to drop into a party where people are moving around.
Team Feud
Plays like trivia — same teams, same tables — except there is no single right answer. You score by landing one of the top three, so the game becomes guessing what everyone else said rather than what you know.

The request goes straight to the private events coordinator for your area — someone who knows the venues and the hosts there, not a central call centre.

What is a private Team Trivia event?
A professional host brings the game to your event and runs it end to end — questions, scoring, sound and the on-mic energy that keeps a room together. Your guests play in teams, the same way our public pub nights work, but the event is yours and closed to the public.
What kinds of events do you host?
Corporate meetings and team building, holiday parties, fundraisers and charity nights, weddings and rehearsal dinners, conferences and conventions, reunions, milestone birthdays, and school, church or community group gatherings.
Do you travel to our venue?
Yes — we come to you. Offices, banquet rooms, breweries, hotels, event halls, backyards. Tell us where the event is in the form and your local coordinator will confirm whether it is within reach of a host in that area.
What game formats can we choose from?
General trivia, themed trivia built around a topic, Soundcheck Music Bingo, and Team Feud. Not sure which suits your crowd? Say so in the notes and your coordinator will talk you through it.
Can the game be customised to our company or group?
Tell us what you have in mind — an in-joke round, a theme that matches your event, a nod to the guest of honour — and your local coordinator will tell you what is possible for your format and date.
What do we need to provide?
It depends on your space, your group and the format you pick. Describe the room in the form and your coordinator will walk you through what the host brings and what is easier to have on site.
How much does a private trivia event cost?
Pricing depends on the format, the size of your group, the length of the event and where you are. There is no flat rate we can quote sight unseen — send the details in the form and your local coordinator will come back with a quote for your event.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you have a date in mind. Send the request even if the details are still loose — your coordinator can check availability for that date first and fill in the rest later.
What areas do you cover?
Team Trivia runs games through local areas across the country, each with its own host team and coordinator. Pick your area in the form; if you do not see it listed, choose “My area is not listed” and the request goes to our corporate office.
